Adopt a non-contact proximity switch for 2 steps changing mechanism for injection slow/fast that is resulted in long life. Standard equipped sequence control system and 8 inch liquid crystal color display touch panel. External limit switch with injection cylinder (easily adjustment for change over position for injection slow/fast). Storage of various kind of casting condition (up to 20 types). Illustration panel (allowed management for temperature of furnace and heaters). Monitoring the output of hydraulic valve and limit switch. The display of die locking force (optional).

1. Die Slick no. 914 T is a highly concentrated emulsion of natural and synthetic lubricants and release compounds. It really work with large, thick wall casting as well as small, intricates, hardware finish parts. Casting come out bright, clean with beautiful finish.
2. Die Slick no 150 is a water soluble combination of lube release fluids for production of clean, bright zinc casting with excellent surface finish.
3. Die Slick Anti-Solder no 7 is a soft waxy compound which removes solder from hot dies and also serves as an excellent "start up" conditioner for new dies.
4. Plunger Slick MAM160 are compounded oil containing propietary anti-stick slip and ant seize agent designed for plunger tips, gloves and slide application.
